11 1/2 years ago, Pilates MN taught me that I could actually love exercise. I have never looked back. The studio is a second home.

03Who we are

A studio built for bodies other studios turn away.

Pilates MN is a small studio in Plymouth. Pilates on Konnector-adapted Reformers alongside in-house physical therapy, coached strength, and therapeutic massage. Instructors with more than three hundred thousand hours of coaching between them, and classes that never run past four clients.

04What we do

Four practices, one atelier.

Instructors, therapists, and coaches share the same building and the same staff room. When your PT notices a shoulder plateau, your instructor hears about it the next morning.

08Questions

Before you begin.

Our Intro Package is built for exactly this. Three private sessions with a lead instructor who walks you through the Reformer, the Konnector, and how we cue movement. Most clients feel at home by the third session.

A traditional Reformer uses paired straps. Two arms move together, two legs move together. The Konnector gives each limb its own independently loaded loop routed through a single continuous rope, which is why we can work asymmetric bodies (post-injury, scoliosis, one-sided weakness) that other studios cannot reach.

For physical therapy, yes. We are in-network with most major carriers and verify benefits before your first appointment. Pilates and strength training are private-pay.

Semi-private classes cap at 4 clients per instructor. Private sessions are strictly 1:1. We do not run large mat classes.

That is exactly who this studio was built for. Our PTs and instructors share the same room, coordinate directly, and routinely take on clients that other studios have turned away.

Yes. Pilates MN runs a teacher training program built on 300,000+ hours of combined instructor experience. See our Teacher Training page for the current cohort schedule.

Move with intention.

Three private sessions. Time enough to learn the Konnectors, settle in with your instructor, and see what the practice looks like from the inside.
